Hey all, I basically did a quick and dirty upscale with an old screen savers episode just to see how much noise I could remove from the video. This is far from watchable, source video was 320×240 at an astounding average of 8 frames per second, depending on how much of the video it’s trying to update. End result was this beautiful mess of a video, most frames are smeared pretty badly but all that blocky noise is gone at least.
